Responsibilities
- Understand client’s use cases
- Create a Strategic Account Plan (SAP) for clients
- Configure the product per the SAP
- Ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation by the client
- Analyze data and drive value for the client
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a Client Success team as an individual contributor
- Previous experience in SaaS based products, especially around data
- Experience with SA 360, Campaign Manager, and Tag Manager; certification preferred
- SQL knowledge
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
- Comfortable working with Director level & above clients
- Team player
