Client Solutions Manager 

Responsibilities

  • Understand client’s use cases
  • Create a Strategic Account Plan (SAP) for clients
  • Configure the product per the SAP
  • Ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation by the client
  • Analyze data and drive value for the client

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a Client Success team as an individual contributor
  • Previous experience in SaaS based products, especially around data
  • Experience with SA 360, Campaign Manager, and Tag Manager; certification preferred
  • SQL knowledge
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data
  • Comfortable working with Director level & above clients
  • Team player

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the health industry
  • Basic Python skills
  • Experience with automation
  • Strategic thinking
